We give you a quote including shipping either over the phone or by Email or both.
When your amp is ready to ship we send you a PayPal Invoice listing all items

The PayPal website then leads you through the rest.

Q. Is PayPal membership required?

A. No, all you have to have is a major credit card, an Email address and verifiable shipping address. PayPal membership is optional and allows you to save your payment information with them for quicker checkout.

Q. Is it Secure?

A. All non-mail transaction are made through PayPal's Secure Website. Visit PayPal for their security policy.

Q. Do I receive Email verification?

A. Yes, after you complete payment through PayPal you receive an email confirmation listing the item(s) you purchased along with the price(s).

Q. How soon will items ship?

A. All orders are semi custom and we do not stock huge inventories but we instead fill orders as they come.

Q. Must I have an Email account to place an order?

A. Yes, you must have an Email account that supports HTML (graphics and hypertext) not just plain text. Pritchard Amps sends a payment invoice to your email address, you then click on the Pay Now button to complete your order.

Q. Why hasn't my order request been answered?

A. You may have not provided a correct Email address, in which case simply contact us by phone or Email us at sales@pritchardamps.com and provide us with an updated Email address. Also orders unusually require 48hrs to process and may take longer on weekends.

Q. Can Pritchard Amps drop ship?

A. Yes, but only to the billing address or a PayPal approved address if you pay by PayPal, otherwise send check by mail along with a note specifying where you would like it shipped. Click here for instruction for paying by check.
