Terms and Warranties

Pritchard Amps' "Above & Beyond Tone Guarantee". If your Pritchard Amp's tone does not exceed your expectations for any reason including, the following seven reasons you may return it per our return policy.
1. If the tones of your Pritchard amp are not above and beyond, you may return it per terms below.
2. If your Pritchard Amp is not candy for your soul, you may return it per terms below.
3. If your Pritchard Amp does not have sensational tones, you may return it per terms below.
4. If your Pritchard Amp is not warm, fat, full-bodied, resilient and alive , you may return it per terms below.
5. If your Pritchard Amp is thin, cold, stiff, or dead, you may return it per terms below.
6. lf your Pritchard Amp does not sound better than any other amp at any price point , you may return it per terms below.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it per terms below.
Best Amp Guaranteed. Buyers have 30 days from the date of shipment to return it here if they are not satisfied for any reason. This leaves the buyers with approximately 2-3 weeks to decide depending upon shipping times. The product must be returned in resalable and new condition in the original or better packaging. Pritchard Amps will not be responsible for damage that occurred during shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. No restocking fees are accessed
The 30 day trial period may be extended at Pritchard Amp's discretion for extended shipping times and other problems.
The 30 day trial excludes special components of special orders. Inquire before purchase.
The Pritchard Amps warranty is three years from the date of shipment and does not cover normal wear, scratches, etc. The buyer is responsible for shipment to Pritchard Amps and for proper packaging. Pritchard Amps will then repair the product and return it by ground at our own expense. Any upgrade in shipping method will be done by C.O.D. only. Pritchard Amps is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
The placement of an order is an agreement to these terms.

All orders are F.O.B. Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, USA.
Payment can be done three ways:
1. Paypal on the Pritchard Amps website
2. Paypal via emailed Paypal Invoice - this may be paid by credit card even if you are not a Paypal member.
3. Payment is by wire transfer, check or cash only and only in U.S. currency. The payment must be sufficient for the product and all shipping costs. Since all checks must clear before shipment, cashier’s checks are preferred.
Referral discounts are available on amplifiers only and not extension cabinets. Referral discounts may or may not be honored by dealers depending upon their pricing structure. We reserve the right to verify necessary information before honoring or rejecting any discount, coupon, or rebate.
Shipment date may be further delayed by the manufacturing processes. Please check on an estimated ship date at the time of purchase. If the shipment is further delayed, the buyer has the option of canceling the order and getting all funds returned.
An RMA number must be acquired before returning any merchandise or else you may not be refunded.
Pritchard Amps will support our products at the buyer’s expense as long as Pritchard Amps deems reasonable per component availability and similar conditions.
These terms must be interpreted by the laws of West Virginia and applicable Federal Laws. The venue for disputes is the courts in Morgan County, WV.
